Dr. Phipps sent me home with a kit (meds, IV fluids, etc) to help Onyx. The vet/assistants called every day to check on her status and answer questions. I will never go anywhere else. They were an amazing crew and very supportive and helpful on every level. I will have my sister post as well, because her story is even more amazing with Pet Companion saving her English bulldogs life. He and his staff have always been professional, compassionate and forthright. We had to put our last dog down due to age related illness. The care Dr. Joe took was above and beyond throughout the decline of our boxer's health over the final two years of his life. We were in and out of the clinic often and I felt they took fantastic care of him. Prices are fair. Thumbs up. Special thanks to Melissa for contacting me and confirming that the paper work would be forwarded to the insurance company. I am a recent new customer of Companion, but already very impressed with not only your doctors, but the efficiency and follow through of all your ladies in the front office. I have been a pet owner for over 40 years. I just wish I had found you and your people earlier when I first moved to the Vancouver area. Having been in business in Portland most of my life before retirement, I found criticism easy to come by, but praise was rare, so I just wanted to relay to you my complete satisfaction in my first two visits. Everyone works so well together, and makes you feel like part of the CPC family. I recently had to have my dog put to rest. It was the most difficult decision I have ever had to make, and the team supported me and my dog from start to finish. Not knowing all of the emotions I would feel, it was great to know I had the support from a wonderful group of people. Kudos to you Dr. Joe for having the best care in the world and always being there to help us in our times of need. Today, we only have four furry felines but all the girls are healthy and going strong thanks to your care and advice. Bar none, Companion Pet Clinic has towered over all others. The service provided is impeccable. The care is without equal. Everyone has been so helpful and loving towards our situation with our little Sadie who has some challenges with food allergies and healing from her getting spayed. It has made me very emotional and I have been having a hard time with it all. Sadie has made an amazing difference in many peoples lives; especially mine as she is a therapy dog for me. I greatly appreciate all the hard work from EVERYONE there at Companion Pet. I would like to especially thank Cindy who is always willing to be a listening ear, Katie who is very sweet and loving to our little Sadie and Dr. Ecklund for all the advice and help to get Sadie taken care of. And the support they all give to me. Everyone there takes such good care of our Sadie and two cats. We know our pets are in good hands when they are with you!!!
